These terms of delivery are effective as of November 1, 2024.

The store sells products to individuals of legal age. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs.
Ordering
Products are ordered through the online store by adding them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents using an online payment service. All customer information is handled confidentially. The contact details requested during the order process will only be used for delivering the order or resolving any issues related to it, unless otherwise stated. By placing an order in the online store, you are assumed to have read and agreed to the terms of delivery in effect at the time of the order.
Payment and Payment Methods
The payment service provider is Klarna Checkout, which offers options such as invoice, installment payments, card payments, and online bank transfers.

Order and Payment Confirmation
Once your order has been received, we will immediately send you an order confirmation by email, detailing your order information. Always check the content of the order confirmation. If you have any questions, contact our customer service immediately. Keep the order confirmation in case you need to contact customer service. When contacting customer service, always have your customer number and order number available. Check that the package contents match the products listed in the order confirmation.

Delivery Methods and Costs
Delivery costs include postage and packaging fees. An estimate of the delivery costs will be shown in the shopping cart based on the primary available delivery method. Exact delivery costs will be displayed after you select the desired payment and delivery methods for your order. The available delivery methods depend on the content and total weight of your shopping cart. At checkout, you can choose the delivery method that best suits you, with the exact delivery cost displayed for the chosen option.
Delivery Time
Our typical delivery times within Finland vary depending on the order and delivery method. Exceptions to estimated delivery times are noted if the shopping cart contains out-of-stock items, and we will notify you immediately of any delays after placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect damages resulting from such delays. The online store will notify customers of any exceptional delivery times on its website.
Return Policy
Unused products have a 14-day exchange and return policy. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, or the product can be returned to the store at Kuntokatu 13, 87100 Kajaani, Finland. Notify us of the return via email at kari.kahkonen@luistintalli.fi.
Unclaimed Packages
Failing to claim a package is not the same as returning or canceling an order. For unclaimed packages that are not accompanied by a separate cancellation notice, we will charge the delivery costs.
Problem Situations
If a product is lost or damaged during delivery or does not otherwise match your order, you must report the issue in writing within 14 days to the address provided in the "Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy" section or by calling the phone number listed in the contact information. If the package is clearly damaged during delivery, you must immediately file a complaint with the transport company responsible for the chosen delivery method.
